Pullman Park (Chicago, IL) Client: Pullman Park Development General Contractor, $7M Site development of Phase I Pullman Park commenced July, 2011. Contract work included nearly 75 acres of development including the construction of two ponds, building pad and parking lot for Wal-Mart, reconstruction of Doty Road and intersection of Doty Road / 111th Street , including the exit ramp from I-94 southbound. Anticipated completion date is June, 2012. |

Wirtz Beverage Center (Cicero, IL) Client: 35L Sportsman’s, LLC Subcontractor to Fall River, LLC Construction Services Site development of Wirtz Beverage Center commenced April, 2011. Contract work included site development of 35 acres for the construction of the Wirtz Beverage Center. This site will host a 12.7 acre building that will serve as the wholesaler’s Illinois headquarters for sales, wine and spirits distribution and training programs. This contract was successfully completed in November, 2011. |

Wal-Mart (Elgin, IL) Client: Wal-Mart Subcontractor to Cleveland Construction, $14.2 M Construction for Wal-Mart commenced October, 2010. Contract work included adjacent roadway improvements on approximately 1 mile of Randall Road and ½ mile on Bowes Road to host for the anticipated increase traffic volume generated from this constructed Wal-Mart. Roadway improvements consisted of roadway widening, mill and asphalt overlay, full-depth asphalt pavement and concrete median and curb as well as aggregate sub-base and asphalt paving for the Wal-Mart parking lot. This contract was successfully completed in October, 2011. |
