Recently the economic downturn has created some opportunities that we had not foreseen.Due to unfortunate failures within the home building sector we have worked with several banks and consulting firms to assist in completing projects that were left undone due to the economic crisis.This again has allowed us to showcase our experience in providing value engineering ideas and cooperation in getting projects completed and accepted by the various municipalities.As this economy turns around and becomes more stable we believe these opportunities have again allowed us the chance to build long term relationships that will go on for years to come.

The Arboretum of South Barrington- We provided the installation of the aggregate base, asphalt paving and onsite curb and gutter.In addition, we did a complete reconstruction of the IDOT intersection of IL 72 and IL 59 and a widening of Bartlett Road.

Hillside Commons, Hillside, IL- We provided the developer a turn key start to finish project.One that included our project management team that managed a multi-million dollar year long project that took an industrial site and made into a modern day life-style center.Work included demolition, underground utilities, excavation and new pavements.
Village Pizza, Carpentersville, IL- A project currently under construction that involves the demolition of existing houses.We will provide the site excavation and foundation excavation for a new retail facility and in the spring complete the new parking lot.
TuscanyWoods ParkSite, Hampshire, IL- This was a project that needed to be completed in order for the park to be handed over to the local municipality.We provided the final grading, aggregate base and asphalt paving for this project.
Route 176 Industrial Park, Libertyville, IL- This was a complete reconstruction of an existing concrete pavement section for a private developer.See below:
